Speech Therapy

Speech therapy is a specialized field that focuses on assessing and treating communication disorders, speech impediments, and language difficulties. It helps individuals improve their ability to express themselves verbally, understand language, and use nonverbal communication effectively. Speech therapy also addresses issues with articulation, fluency, voice, and swallowing difficulties, which may result from developmental delays, neurological conditions, or injuries. A licensed speech-language pathologist (SLP) can work one-on-one or in group settings with clients of all ages, using tailored exercises, techniques, and tools to enhance communication skills and quality of life.
